Ava glanced between the two uncertainly. She really hadn't meant to run into anyone when she came up here, but she wouldn't be rude and simply leave now that they were introduced like this.
"You're lucky... you were born in a world like that," the young, nervous girl murmured, looking down. Even Kairi, who had lived there previously, escaped before the Heartless attacked. "It's better not knowing what the Heartless are."

Hunter was lucky to have been naive to the Heartlesses existence. She still remembered when they had invaded Destiny Islands. A shiver ran up her spine, but Kairi quickly shook it off. No need to relive memories such as those. "It's better that you don't know about the Heartless," Kairi replied. She tugged a lock of her auburn hair nervously, and her azure eyes sought out something else to look at. Kairi looked to Ava, wondering if she was getting more nervous with them both around. She felt slightly guilty for that.
Kairi bit her bottom lip for a moment before her lips curled into a smile. "Well, let's change the subject," she said with a cheerful lilt to her voice. Her mind buzzed around with various topics they could talk about. Kairi nearly clapped her hands together as she decided on one. She spun on her foot, hands behind her back, and a smile on her face as she faced Hunter. "What is you world like? I've never heard of yours before."
It was not that far off the topic of Heartless, but perhaps it would interest Ava as well. Kairi knew it interested her some.

Hunter smiled. A change in subject would be nice. He started to talk about his world. "The Nameless World is a large place, and has no really cold areas, but instead is warm year round. The climate is sort of dry, but people can live there easily. People there tend to wear as little clothing as they can because it's always warm. The oceans there are so violent that nobody can sail them, except for this one place inbetween the mainland and this one large island. The waters there are calmer." He explained. |
