Mar smiled to himself as he walked through the town in plain sight, even though he was one of the Overlords. 'If they knew the truth, they'd definately have thrown me out by now, considering what Hyde had done.' He thought to himself. Hyde, his partner in the Overlords, had appeared earlier that day and threatened the emperor, who still kept calm and didn't fight. 'I'm surprised that Hyde didn't cut him down right then and there.' Mar snorted.
Looking around, he felt glad that he'd been chosen to be a spy here. Sure, it was dangerous, and he wouldn't be able to fight, but he was finally able to relax, and live a normal life...for a little while. 'In around one year from now, the Overlords will overthrow this town easily. But first, we must gain enough information about these people, discover their weaknesses, and how to control them fully.
"Hey, Fred." Mar said trying to act friendly to a nearby shop owner. The man waved without looking up. Everyone in the town that he was one of them, a Split Blade, but none truly knew the truth. None knew that he was a spy for the Overlords, and none wouldn't know until that day...
