Personality:
Ava is a somewhat quiet girl. She does not know many people and is also shy, so she doesn't stand out much to anyone. She goes on her way, minds her business, and life gets along just fine with her that way.
To her employer she's known to be very respectful and obedient. She is a very sweet girl who is always willing to do what she can to help anyone.
Due to her past of being picked on and shunned by her peers, she is socially awkward and very nervous with people she doesn't know, save for when she is working. She often stammers and/or stutters when approached.
Physical Appearance:

Ava is a petite girl, at 5'4 and 110 pounds with a small body frame. Her skin is very fair, and unfortunately burns very easily in the sun, but she didn't have to worry much about it since she spent much of her life in Traverse Town. She has long ebony hair that reaches her waist, and her large eyes are a deep blue-gray color.
She wears a knee-length green dress that buttons up the front to the bottom of her breasts, though she leaves the bottom button undone. That area is of white fabric instead, and was sewed so that it's slightly ruffled and not so tight and revealing of her bosom. Lastly, the dress is held up by two thin black straps of the same type of fabric. On her feet she wears small black shoes that're like a mixture of sneakers and mules. Around her neck she wears a large sliver of a crystal tied to a somewhat thick black fabric.
Equipment: Ava always carries her green and white purse with her, which contains most necessities that a girl needs but also contains medical equipment like potions and whatnot. She also always has a necklace on with a large sliver of crystal attached to it.
Combat Style: Ava normally doesn’t fight. But when she does, she fights hesitantly and from a distance. The necklace she wears is a family heirloom that turns into a crystalline bow when she wills it to. The arrows are also made of crystal and drains her energy with each other she uses. (Thanks, Kenshiki, now I think of Ishida from Bleach. >_>)
Ava would prefer to let others fight but will do it if she has to. This is because of her personality of being a bit of an awkward, shy person. She doesn’t believe in her abilities as much as she should. But she tries to be brave when she has to be.
History:
Ava's life was not one of much interest. She was born, raised by her parents like any other child. In school she was always one of the top students, since she valued quiet and knowledge more than the rest of the students who liked to goof-off instead. She certainly wasn't a genius but she did her homework when she needed to. But it was this reason that she was often picked on and was never included on any games during recess.
It wasn't until she turned seven that her life took a dramatic change. Radiant Garden turned to darkness before her eyes, and there were black creatures crawling everywhere she looked. All Ava can remember is finding her mother on the kitchen floor, dying, and handing a crystalline necklace to her, telling her to keep it safe and run. After watching her mother lose her heart, she ran across town being chased by a gang of Heartless, but it was at that point that a man scooped her up and carried her off. The next thing she knew, she was in an entirely different world: Traverse Town.
While in Traverse Town, she merely existed. She was far too shy to make friends with anybody, and quite frankly, she didn't want to. She wanted her parents, whom she searched the town for everyday. She knew her mother was dead, but she didn’t know what happened to her father since he had been working when the Heartless attacked. The occasional person found her crying on a street corner and would ask if she needed help, but she would turn them all away.
These days, back in Radiant Garden, she is working at the accessory shop in the marketplace to support herself in her home. She had no choice, having no friends or family to speak of. But she still goes out after work is finished, to search the town for her lost family...
