Personality: Hyde usually is in a joking manner. To him, the worlds are just a game that the Overlords get to play with. During fights, he always makes up strange rules to make the battle harder, or even more fun in his mind. The reason why he acts like this is because that was how he was raised (at least that's how the other Nobody's he was with were like that). He isn't used to being shown trust, so he feels really awkward in situations like that. When it gets that awkward he tends to get serious and tell the person what he truly thinks.
Physical Appearance:
Hyde has long blue hair that stands straight up. Every now and then he puts some different kinds of dye in it to make it look more scary and sometimes even distract the opponent.Upon his chest is a red tattoo of a heart that seems to get darker and darker as he kills more and more people. Usually, a dark cloak is located over his chest in order to hide it from his enemies. On top of his cloak is silver armor that has many grooves and spikes. Even upon his hands, there are claw like gloves that are more of a weapon than decoration.
Equipment:
This is Hyde's Corrupt Cleaver. Basically, this is the weapon he gained when he became a Nobody. He tends to use this more often, since he prefers to keep his strongest moves hidden from the opponent until he is forced to use them. However, even stronger than this cutting tool, is:
Hyde's Keyblade, the Venal Sovereign Keyblade. When he was still human, the Keyblade looked just like Sora's, except it was black and red. However, once he became a Nobody, his Keyblade started to change into a monster like blade. Parts of Hyde's own body armor can be seen here too. This Keyblade has the power to devour living beings, and use them to gain more power.
Combat Style: Hyde likes to fight close up, but holds back most of his energy to make things 'funner'. Whenever he feels like he's close to being beat, he decides to unleash his Keyblade, and then gains the upper hand real quick. By doing this, he can surprise the opponent, and then quickly take them out. This is the reason why he gained the highest position in the Overlords (excluding the leader).
History: His story is starts out the same way as Sora's did. Growing up on Destiny Islands, Hyde had been loved by many people. As time went on, he even fell in love with one of his best friends. But, unfortunately, it was not meant to last. As he began to plan his future, a group Nobodies had appeared on the islands. Wanting to protect the people there, the Keyblades heard his wish, and granted it to them. Gaining his Keyblade, Hyde attempted to save the islanders, but failed. The Nobodies were to strong, and even though he fought to the best of his ability, all of the islanders were killed.
Left, alone in the world, Hyde had to live by himself for years, until he discovered a wrecked Gummi Ship, that had been there for years and years. Knowing that he had to leave that world, Hyde fixed the Gummi Ship and then headed out to discover the worlds. Through these worlds, he learned much about what had been happening the past few years. The Nobodies he had met were just a few of many. Eventually, Hyde had been killed during one of his many fights against the Nobodies, and then he himself, became a Nobody...
At first, Hyde forgot all about his past. The only thing that he had was the Corrupt Cleaver. Eventually, the leader of the Overlords found him, and during the test, Hyde discovered that he had a Keyblade, and along with the Keyblade, came the memories of his past. His Keyblade had changed, to show how the darkness in him had grown. Because of his great power, Hyde was allowed into the Overlords as Number 1.
